You must be age 18 or older in order to apply for the personal injury advance. Applying for funding, either through this site, by telephone or otherwise, is not a guarantee of funding; nor, does it constitute an offer of funding.

In order to apply, your case must fit our basic criteria for cases and you must be represented by an attorney. Cases must first be submitted along with the necessary case documentation to underwriting and evaluated by the underwriting department in order to determine whether an offer for funding can be extended.

At any time we reserve the right to not accept an application and furthermore we are not responsible for any lost or missed applications via any means it may have attemted or was recieved by/to us.

Clients/cases approved for funding may be approved for amounts substantially below requested amounts. Cases are evaluated on multiple factors including but not limited to liability, damages, venue, developmental stage and insurance coverage and approved cases involving higher risk factors are typically funded at higher rates.

All rates published on this site are for informational purposes only and constitute average or typical rates. Actual rates may vary, and are subject to change at any time without notice. In addition to monthly fees, an underwriting fee of approx twenty percent for only the first thousand and an origination fee of up to twenty percent of the amount approved for may apply; however, no fees are paid out of pocket, rather if and when your case resolves the fees are applied to the balance.

The length of time it takes to underwrite cases published on this site is for informational purposes only and constitutes the average time it takes to underwrite cases. Actual times may vary from one to three days according to multiple factors including case complexity, volume of cases we receive, information received and whether the underwriter is able to reach your attorney by phone, fax, and/or email. All rights reserved.

By submitting your application you agree that the NLF automation process will capture and store your IP address for security purposes only. NLF in no way offers your personal or case information for sale or exchange by third parties. By entering you SSN you consent to allow us to share your SSN with outside service providers for evaluation of your application and provision of investment funding services.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising hereunder will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or relating to this website shall be the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
